The‘LaserMate’ is a semi-automated plate handling system which offers:

  • Safe loading remote pendant

  • User friendly Windows based PC touch screen controls, minimal staff training required, touch screen shelf selection, semi-automatic retrieval at the storage shelves and transport to the laser, automatic engagement of the vacuum, touch screen control to align the sheet to the laser table, controlled vacuum release, Diagnostic and set up screen

  • No electrical interface to the laser required

  • Auto position verification and correction Encoder on vertical and horizontal axis

  • Four (4) Shelf Tower with total capacity 72,000 lbs - (Maximum 9 inches of material per shelf)

  • Loading of storage shelves optional front or rear

  • Maximum Sheet size 5’ x 10’ x 1”

  • 2,000 lb Load Capacity Anver Vacuum System (including 8 – 9 Ό” Suction cups)

  • Manual suction cup control for the smaller sheets
