’LaserMate’ 510 the Plate Handling System developed by Windsor Industrial Services and exhibited at the FABTECH International show in Chicago on Nov16-19, 2003. (Booth 12114) It is a proven system that was conceived to meet the needs of our busy laser job shop. We had a limited capital budget but require a safe user-friendly method of loading sheet and plate and removing skeletons from our machines.

We needed a simple cost effective unit that;

The ‘LaserMate’ was developed, upgraded and in continuous operation in our laser shop for the last five years.

‘LaserMate’ is ideal for loading laser, plasma, oxy burn tables and other plate processing machinery.

Windsor Industrial Services was established in 1989 when its main objective was servicing overhead cranes and material handling equipment. Through the years we have expanded to manufacturing as well as service.

Windsor Industrial Services is an ISO 9001:2000 registered company with a work force of 70 employees and 50,000 square feet of manufacturing facility in two separate buildings. One facility houses the laser cutting operation while the second the fabrication, machining, painting and assembly of automotive conveying systems.
